- VineHR is partnering with an established architect firm to support them with the recruitment for an **Office Manager/Bookkeeper** to join their team on a permanent basis.

**The Opportunity**

This is a fantastic role if you are looking to join a close-knit and seasoned team that values quality and loyalty. Our client is a medium-sized architect firm that has long-standing customers and a tenured team. They are now seeking a versatile Office Manager/Bookkeeper to assist with bookkeeping, accounting, payroll and administrative duties as required. Long-term there will be an opportunity to optimize processes and automating systems.
- We believe this role is well-suited for someone with at least 5 years of varied experience in bookkeeping, payroll and administration.
- Post-secondary education would be a preference as well as strong experience with MS Office and other software.
- We’d love for someone to bring experience with business process review and improving efficiencies in previous roles.

**Location**: This is an in-office position based in central Vancouver (transit friendly)

**Compensation**: Generous compensation package offered including competitive base salary, vacation and benefits.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
