Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes efficiently.
- Utilize accounting software to record financial transactions accurately.
- Perform account analysis to ensure financial data integrity.
- Assist in budgeting activities and financial reporting.
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to verify financial transactions.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant with a focus on accounting tasks.
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and budgeting processes.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and conducting account analysis.
- Experience with payroll processing and bank reconciliation is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- MUST HAVE EXPERINCE WITH QUICKBOOKS DESKTOP
- Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 3 years (required)
- Bookkeeping: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Work Location: In person
