We are Creative Silhouettes Inc. and we are currently looking for an Office Assistant/ Bookkeeper to work from our Vaughan location (Dufferin/Steeles)

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent English** (verbal, written)
- **Proficiency** with Excel, **Wave App, Quickbooks**, Gmail, Microsoft word, Calculation is required
- **Excellent** Customer service and focused
- **Experience** with administration duties
- **Excellent** organizational skills

**Duties**:

- Handle the phone
- Help office/production team with booking appointments, vendors, clients
- Bookkeeping
- Follow up on Payments
- Customer service
- Purchasing Supplies
- Booking shipping
- Calling vendors and shipping companies
- Call Customers
- Organize/ Clean Office area
- Reception greeting
- Drive company vehicle to pick up supplies when needed
- Follow up with clients
- Assist sales, design, production and installers
