We are currently hiring a **Marketing Lead** for our team at Fast + Epp. In this role, you will work with the leadership group across North America and will be an important part of the team. You will be responsible for creating and leading both internal and external communications across a variety of platforms, and will work closely with the Marketing team to identify, develop, and implement campaigns related to social media, newsletters, conferences, speaking opportunities, award submissions, branding, and digital asset management. This role reports directly to the Manager of Marketing and Business Development. This role is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Vancouver office.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for developing and implementing social media and website strategies as it aligns with the firm’s values and long-term goals, including maintaining a content calendar, competitive research, creating and distributing platform analytics reports, and SEO.
- Management of internal and external newsletters.
- Lead and develop national and international award submissions.
- Oversee and manage digital asset database (Open Asset).
- Work with the BD team to identify industry events for sponsorships and speaking engagements.
- Ensure brand standards are adhered to for both internal and external usage.
- Collaborate with BD team to write engaging and informative copy for proposals, digital media, award submissions, presentations, etc.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the firm's project portfolio and services offered.
- Work with Marketing and Operations in business development event.
- Create marketing materials, qualification packages, and other presentation materials.
- Coordination and implementation of various marketing campaigns.
- Work with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and other outsourced consultants.

- You will work closely with the Manager of Marketing and BD on the day-to-day marketing and communications activities across the North American offices.
- You are organized and detail-oriented; able to keep yourself and the technical team on top of deadlines.
- You excel at researching, analyzing, and providing data to inform marketing strategies and priorities.
- You are a creative person with a pulse on the latest marketing trends, in the AEC industry and in the greater markets in which we operate.
- You have an eye for design and an interest in visual storytelling.
- You are interested in continued growth and responsibilities within the. You love to bring fresh ideas to the table and are open to new ideas.

**What you bring to the table**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a marketing, proposal, or communications role within the A/E/C or professional services industry.
- Experience with social media platforms, competitive analysis, and implementation of engagement strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
- Proficiency using digital asset management tools such as Open Asset.
- Prior experience with CRMs (Hubspot, etc.) would be considered an asset.
- Understanding of how to create and implement project marketing campaigns.
- Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent communications skills, including superior copywriting, editing, and storytelling abilities.
- Strategic thinker who excels working in a collaborative, team environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint)
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and assess situations of urgency with mínimal oversight
