**ABOUT LOOMO**:Loomo Marketing is a full-service marketing and creative agency based in Vancouver, BC, with satellite offices in Victoria, BC and Toronto, ON. We provide strategic marketing and creative support for B2B clients, with a special focus on the finance and IT/managed services sectors. Our team bridges the gap between high-level business goals and hands-on campaign execution, managing full-stack digital and traditional marketing strategies to drive measurable business growth for our clients.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:We’re looking for a results-driven Manager, Marketing & Digital, for a permanent, full-time position.

This role is a unique blend of campaign ownership and hands-on execution. You will work with the executive team to define and build high-level marketing playbooks based on deep brand and audience research. Then, guided by the mantra of “on-time, on-budget, and on-brand,” you will lead the delivery team in campaign execution and reporting. Concurrently, you will lean on your years of experience in digital marketing and digital ads management to personally manage and report on paid ad campaigns across a range of channels.

Importantly, this role also serves as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring that they are consistently and proactively informed of progress and performance. Because you are closest to the daily activities, you are empowered to champion marketing growth and identify new tactical opportunities for our clients’ campaigns. Overall, you are the crucial link between the strategist’s plan and the team’s execution, responsible for driving measurable impact that meets brand objectives.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Marketing Strategy & Leadership**
- Driving performance-based marketing for our clients; working alongside the executive team to execute and recommend tactical plans that deliver on business targets.
- Developing and managing the marketing calendar and marketing budget for multiple client accounts, programs, and promotions.
- Active management and mentorship of direct reports, resulting in their demonstrable skill growth and consistent, high-quality contribution to campaign objectives.
- Overseeing the daily operations of client accounts, driving accountability for results, making recommendations for improvements, and addressing any issues that arise.
- Being the internal champion for on-time, on-budget, on-brand client work.

**Paid Media & Digital Campaign Execution**

As a hands-on manager, you will personally contribute to and execute on the following:

- Research, build, and optimize high-performing paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google (Search & Display), Bing, and LinkedIn (or others) that drive significant results and scale.
- Manage and grow ad budgets across all platforms, constantly refining strategies to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and revenue growth.
- Innovate with new approaches to audience targeting, creative A/B testing, and retargeting strategies.

**Performance Analytics & Reporting**
- Take charge of reporting on key KPIs like MQL/SQL, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and others, clearly demonstrating campaign impact across all ad platforms.
- Analyze cross-platform campaign performance, offering deep insights and implementing changes that consistently improve results.
- Ensuring consumer insights are provided through qualitative and quantitative client reports.

**YOU BRING**:

- A degree in marketing, digital advertising, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or agency environment.
- 2+ years of experience in a role requiring team coordination, mentorship, or direct management of marketing specialists/contractors.
- Hands-on proficiency with a modern marketing stack, including Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Marketing experience in B2B, finance, managed services, or health & wellness is an asset.
- A demonstrated ability to translate strategic marketing plans into successful, multi-channel campaigns.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management using tools (e.g., Asana), with a proven ability to manage multiple client workflows, hold teams accountable, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Working familiarity with MS and Adobe Creative suites.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the professionalism and polish required to support client relationships and weekly reporting.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel for in-person client meetings and events as required.
