- Conduct market and prospect research to support business development, lead qualification, and strategic outreach efforts
- Pull, analyze and structure data to support business development and market analysis
- Prepare presentations, pitch decks, contracts, and other client-facing documents in collaboration with the CRO
- Organize and maintain a centralized repository of marketing materials, templates, presentations and supporting documentation
- Participate in internal and external meetings, take detailed notes, and track follow-up items to ensure timely execution
- Manage the Chief Revenue Officer’s day-to-day administrative needs, calendar scheduling and meeting coordination
- Perform other duties, special projects, or responsibilities as required

**What You Bring**
- Post secondary education in Marketing or Business Administration
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or office administration
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is desirable
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to capture detailed notes and present information clearly and accurately
- Strong organizational and time management abilities; capable of handling multiple priorities with efficiency and focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong attention to detail, with high standards for quality and accuracy
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment
- Familiarity with technical sales or technology products is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
