We are currently seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate sales.

**Responsibilities**:
Analyze and optimize campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and consistent content for digital platforms.

Utilize data-driven insights to identify target audiences, optimize campaigns, and improve overall marketing performance.

Stay current with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance our digital marketing efforts.

Monitor and manage our online reputation by responding to customer reviews and inquiries on social media and other platforms.

Assist with the planning and execution of webinars, virtual events, and other digital initiatives.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency setting.

Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.

Solid understanding of SEO/SEM principles and strategies.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
