**CityState Consulting Group** is seeking a regular full-time **Administrative Assistant** to join the team at our new Port Moody office location, a 10-minute walk from the SkyTrain. CityState is an Urban Planning and Design firm offering land development and project management services. Our portfolio includes environmental enhancements, heritage revitalization, and sustainable building design services. Our team serves clients throughout the Lower Mainland, Sunshine Coast, and the Okanagan.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greet clients, contractors, and other guests as the first point of contact in our Port Moody office.
- Book appointments with clients and manage daily schedules.
- Provide research and data analytics support to Planning team.
- Update and maintain company software and subscriptions as necessary.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
- Perform similar responsibilities for affiliate organizations.
- Other administrative and client-facing responsibilities as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post-secondary credential in Office Administration or a related discipline; OR 2 years’ experience in a related position.
- Experience managing relationships with private clientele considered an asset.
- Interest in urban planning, land development, and/or design considered an asset.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and time management.
- Relentless attention to detail.
- Research, data analytics, and data visualization skills considered an asset.
- Proficient using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to create clear and detailed presentation documents.
- Ability to receive and implement feedback quickly and effectively.

**Compensation**: $21-23/hr
