Administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Respond to all client inquires with accurate information
- Sign up new students
- Manage our social media accounts
- Use our martial arts software for billing and student-related tasks
- Ensure reception and other common areas are tidy and clean
- Responsible for many little miscellaneous tasks around the gym
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 1 year work experience in a front desk, customer service and/or administrative role
- Bachelor Degree Prefered
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluency in English required)
- Intermediate ability in Microsoft Office Suite and other similar software
- Proficient in database management software
- Typewriting experience
- Personable, professional and team oriented; genuinely enjoys helping and connecting with people
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive; initiator
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience managing competing tasks and deadlines
- Intermediate website and social media administration ability (experience in using Facebook, Instagram, blogging, updating websites etc.)
**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Port Moody, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
