About Us:
Yuill CPA Inc. is a modern, (mostly) virtual accounting firm specializing in software consulting, bookkeeping, corporate and personal tax, and fractional controllership services. We leverage technology to streamline operations and provide efficient client service. We are seeking a tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to support our in-office operations.

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities

Pick up and process incoming mail
Receive, scan, and categorize documents from clients
Deposit cheques
Assist with invoicing clients
Manage CRA correspondence through Represent a Client
Perform data entry and maintain digital records
Provide general office support and organization

Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
QuickBooks Online (QBO) [Essential] & Sage 100 Contractor [training provided]
Financial Cents (workflow/project management) [Or similar]
CaseWare ReviewComp
iFirm Taxprep (accounting/tax software)
Citrix Desktops (remote desktop environment)
Adobe (document management and esignatures)
MyFax & Grasshopper (fax and VoIP systems)

Who You Are

✔ Strong computer skills - ability to learn new software quickly
✔ Highly organized and detail-oriented
✔ Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
✔ Experience in an administrative role (accounting or professional services experience is a plus)
✔ Comfortable working in-office at least Mondays & Tuesdays
