**Job Description**:
We are looking for a HR Administrative Coordinator to join our Human Resources team which support Ubisoft IT and our headquarter teams. You will enable the team to gain efficiency by supporting their everyday tasks.

You will use Excel to create and analyze reports all while providing administrative support to the Ubisoft IT HR department with a data-driven mindset

**Responsibilities**
- Organize and plan annual processes in collaboration with the operation manager;
- Ensure HR data accuracy by creating and analyzing reports;
- Manage and update HR databases;
- Liaise with the employee service center to answer their questions and send or request documentation;
- Organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to effectively use computer software such as Excel and PowerPoint;
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
- Excellent sense of customer support;
- Data-driven mindset.
