***What can you expect**:
Reporting to the VP of Talent & Culture, HR Coordinator is responsible for managing, planning and organizing activities and benefit programs adapted to the needs of our team. You will oversee the HR, financial and material resources related to employee well-being. Additionally, you will also be responsible for managing the administrative tasks associated to our employee benefit plans, being the point of contact between Amilians and our insurance/retirement plan providers.
***You'll be responsible for**:
- Designing, planning, and implementing initiatives to improve workplace health and well-being;
- Analyzing the success of initiatives relating to engagement, career growth, health and wellness;
- Researching industry trends, competitive employee benefits and implementing initiatives to increase employee wellness;
- Preparing the required information to produce the bi-weekly payroll;
- Creating new employee files with the company's payroll department;
- Creating and promoting various policies and guidelines;
- Being the contact person with the group insurance provider, the group RRSP provider and any other stakeholder related to the employees' wellness;
- Prepare enrolment and modification requests for employees and maintain up-to-date information for the group insurance plan, the group RRSP and any other program that is offered to employees;
- Plan and organize events and activities that foster authentic and enjoyable connections between colleagues.
**What we want from you**:
- DEC in Human Resources, Administration **or** other relevant combination of experience;
- 2 to 3 years of experience in HR coordination or related to other job duties;
- Experience assisting with payroll data entry;
- Good experience with Microsoft suite including Excel and Word;
- Bilingualism (French and English)
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Strong demonstration of discretion and confidentiality.
