**Company Description**
Founded in 2010 by two aeronautical engineers, MEDFAR Clinical Solutions developed the first web-based electronic medical record (EMR) in Quebec. MEDFAR continues to work hard to incorporate the latest technological innovations into MYLE in order to provide care teams and their patients with the tools they deserve.
This is a hybrid position, with a required office presence of at least 3 days per week.
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Onboarding**
- Coordinate and Drive new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Assist with the preparation of onboarding materials and training schedules.
- Conduct HR orientations to familiarize new hires with company policies and procedures.
- Partner with other internal stakeholders (e.g. Talent Acquisition, HRBP, L&D, Payroll, IT, etc.) to continuously improve our onboarding experience
**2. Employee Records Management**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Process employee status changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Generate reports and provide data analysis as needed.
**3. Innovation and MEDx Programs**
- Coordinate programs and workshops for employees.
- Ensure follow-ups and communications for upcoming presentations.
**4. Benefits Administration**
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
- Coordinate with benefits providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits-related transactions.
- Assist with annual open enrollment processes.
**5. Performance Management Support**
- Assist with the administration of performance appraisal processes.
- Track performance review completion and follow up with managers as needed.
- Support the implementation of performance improvement plans.
**6. HR Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations.
- Assist with the preparation of EEOC reports and other regulatory filings.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in employment laws and regulations.
**7. General Administrative Support**
- Manage HR inbox and act as the quarterback for the HR team, responding to and dispatching questions/requests
- Coordinate the ongoing calendar of employee wellness and engagement initiatives, including in-person and virtual activities.
- Coordinate and draft various employee-facing communications
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including drafting letters and contracts, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining supplies.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in human resources or related administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and benefits administration
- Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual (English and French)
