OneSpan is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Montreal office. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the HR team in various administrative and operational tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of the HR department. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about HR and is looking to grow their career in a dynamic and innovative technology company.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Oversee the entire onboarding process, from extending offer letters to facilitating new hire orientation, and enrolling new hires into various benefit systems.
- Execute employee off boarding activities, including calculating paid time off and sending necessary forms and memo to employees.
- Accurately process employee and business transactions in the HRIS System (Workday) and maintain clear and effective communication with the payroll department to ensure all payroll-related issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that employee data is accurate and confidential for data entry and audit activities.
- Provide employment verification requests ensuring that they are accurate, timely, and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
- Administer the employee French class program, including organizing onsite and online classes to improve French language proficiency among employees.

**Requirements**:

- 3 years of experience in Human Resources Administration
- Certificate in Human Resources or Administration.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Bilingual - French/English is essential due to the multiple locations of the teams supported by the individual.
