Reporting to the Regional Director of Human Resources, the Administrative Officer, Human Resources, plays a key role in the administrative management of human resources-related activities within the organization. They will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in various administrative tasks across services such as labor relations, training, and recruitment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Labor Relations**:
- Assist HR generalists in their functions.
- Coordinate health and safety committee activities with the facilities.
- Attend HR and recruitment meetings at the facilities.
- Contribute to employee record management, including data maintenance in the HR system.
- Prepare and implement HR-related documents.
**2. Recruitment**:
- Plan and coordinate job interviews.
- Participate in active research for new internship partnerships.
**3. Training**:
- Collaborate in identifying training needs within the company.
- Assist in planning and organizing training sessions.
- Monitor ongoing training and gather feedback from participants.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in both written and spoken French and English, as we have facilities in Quebec and English-speaking provinces/states.
- Currently enrolled in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Human Resources, and/or Hotel Management.
- Previous experience in an administrative or human resources role would be an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in common computer tools, including MS Office.
