**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct administrative support to Executive Management, including preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Gather, analyze, and prepare data in Excel to support executive decision-making.
- Draft, review, and proofread correspondence, proposals, and reports with a high level of accuracy.
- Support project coordination by managing documentation, timelines, and communication.
- Coordinate and manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments.
- Assist with office organization and administrative processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information at all times.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform other related duties as required to support the Executive Management team.

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education in business administration, office management, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role supporting senior or executive-level management.
- Engineering-related education or experience is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism.

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
