**SITE ADMINISTRATOR**
**Job Summary**
Z’gamok Construction LP is recruiting for a Site Administrator to join our team. The Site Administrator is responsible for providing general administrative support to our team and this position will be based on various project sites. The position requires experience and knowledge of data inputting, project administration, and document management. From time to time, you will work alongside OCL Custom Crushing and Quarrying Ltd's; Z'gamok Construction LP's sister company.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Complete daily data inputting and submission of reports in a timely manner
- Provide administrative support to supervisors and site employees
- Assist in planning and coordinating site activities including meetings and taking minutes as required.
- Prepare and maintain various communication and documentation with head office and sites
- Compose computerized forms and reporting documents
- Organize and maintain files and handle all routine correspondence
- Preparation of weekly timesheets from site and delivered to head office
- Document controls and management
**Qualifications**
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of spreadsheet software for large data input, formulas, pivot tables, data validation, data sort and filter functions are some of the main function requirements
- Monthly data report
- Must have a strong attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency, time management, and ability to prioritize
- File management skills: ability to organize digital files/folders and physical folders
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- A valid G class driver’s license with reliable transportation
