**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using an ERP system and other accounting software
- Perform data entry related to invoices, payments, and financial transactions
- Manage filing systems for financial documents and records
- Maintain organized records of billing, receipts, and other financial documents
- Proofread financial reports and correspondence for accuracy
- Support office operations including scheduling, filing, and document management
- Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service to clients and vendors

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Prior clerical or administrative experience preferred, especially in an industrial setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent typing, proofreading, and data entry skills
- Knowledge of bookkeeping practices and basic accounting procedures
- Ability to handle customer service interactions professionally
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
