- Assist in researching financial market in North American to proposal best solution for the company project
- Check and pickup mail box at CEO home twice per week
- Coordinate day-to-day facility and office service issues
- Maintain and make payments for personal accounts (car / home insurance, cell phones, internet / tv provider, home repair and maintenance);
- Book all required personal and business travel (accommodations, flights, car rental, reservations upon travel resume);
- Assist with meeting room set-up and perform general housekeeping duties as needed
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization by CEO, General Manager, and other Project Managers
**Bonus**:
- Canada permanent resident card
- Willing to work in Vancouver, Canada
**Requirements**:
- Completion of secondary school is usually required.
- Completion of a one
- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries or previous clerical experience is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Have knowledge of financial market such as Crypto, Forex, Stock and Commodities
- Experience with communication with the liquidity and technical providers
- Bilingual: Vietnamese or Spanish and English
- Have knowledge of payment gateway
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office 365+
- Valid class 5 Driver’s license
- Have your own vehicle
- Relevant education and certifications an asset
- Have strong network within communities
