Williams and White is a fast growing Industrial Technology Company.

We are supplying companies globally for the Aerospace, Forestry, Marine and Resource sectors. Our customers depend on us for both contract manufacturing needs and our specialty purpose built machinery.

We are looking for an administrator to join our growing team. The duties of this position are as follows.

THIS IS A HEAVY INDUSTRIAL MACHINE SHOP ENVIROMENT. EXPERIENCE IN MANUFACTURING AND HEAVY INDUSTRY IS REQUIRED
- HR postings and preliminary review
- Employee File administration
- Payroll assistance
- Purchasing
- Facility management (physical labour element, heavy cleaning, heavy organizing)
- IT Support (Computer Setup and Organization)
- Office Organization
- Documentation and report preperation
- Shipping and Logistics assistance
- Customer communication
- Administrative Assistance to leadership team
- Experience posting ads online (Indeed and asset)
- Experience filtering resumes
- HR Experience
- Experience in quality management (ISO Exposure and asset)
- Experience in payroll administration
- Office administration
- Office organization
- Basic IT and computer program usage
- Shipping and Logistics
- Facilities Management

**Salary**: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
