Administrative/executive Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files, ensuring all documents are properly labeled and stored
- Assist with general office tasks such as photocopying, printing, scanning, and mailing
- Manage the calendar of appointments, meetings, and events, and coordinate with team members to ensure schedules are up to date
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Preparation of Loan Commitments, Letter of Directions and Letter of Intents and legal documents
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum One Year Experience in a Financial Institution, preferably Mortgage Financing
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external investors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
