The Hamilton Program for Schizophrenia (HPS) is a comprehensive, community-based treatment and rehabilitation program for adults who live with schizophrenia.
Our work environment includes:
- Modern office setting
**Responsibilities**:
Reception
Greeting clients coming in for appointments, injections, or groups. Navigate rooms and ensure all accounted for.
Incoming/outgoing faxes.
Incoming/outgoing mail.
Record attendance daily.
Receiving delivery of mail, medication etc. daily.
Recording of blood work received daily.
Ensure all blood work recs are up to date.
Filing all document in chart.
Ensuring client information in charts is up to date.
Prepare, obtain necessary documents for doctor clinic times.
Prepare and distribute clients pay biweekly.
Assist Case Managers, Management, and Rehab Assistant with administrative needs.
Enter Doctors contacts monthly.
Prepare statistic reports for accounting quarterly.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 per week
**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hamilton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
Work Location: In person
