We are looking for a full-time junior Controller with experience working in the construction industry to join our team This position will be **IN OFFICE**, requires strong accounting knowledge, Excel skills, attention to detail, a positive professional attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment.

This role is responsible for the planning, directing and controlling accounting operational functions including:

- All daily accounting transactions, including GL, bank VISA reconciliation
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Communicate job-related financial metrics to senior management
- Preparing weekly, monthly and year-end financial statements and reports
- Preparing and transmitting Invoices to clients
- Entering and processing Payroll for 25+ individuals
- Preparing monthly Progress Draws, Holdbacks and Billing
- Managing company health benefits and group RRSP Plan
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, including tax filings and government remittances and reporting
- Assisting owners with any project related requirements
- _**Other duties and responsibilities may arise from time-to-time**_
