Office Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to management team
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Maintain office equipment and facilities
- Greet and assist visitors
- Bill clients and take payment
- Prepare and distribute documents
- Handle confidential information in a professional manner
- Organize, submit and file papper work
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Be polite and provide great customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French is not Mandatory)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workloads
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
