**About Us**:
Foyer Maillard is a 125-bed non-profit long-term care home in Coquitlam, BC, committed to providing compassionate, person-centered care to seniors in partnership with Fraser Health. We are currently seeking a bilingual and experienced Administrative Assistant / Reception Coordinator to join our dedicated team.

**Job Summary**:
As the welcoming face of Foyer Maillard, the Administrative Assistant / Reception Coordinator supports the Executive Director and Leadership Team with day-to-day administrative and reception responsibilities. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, people-focused, and fluent in both French and English.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and staff in a warm and professional manner
- Coordinate visitor sign-ins, safety protocols, and front desk security (key/fob access)
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and bulletin board updates
- Book appointments for in-house services (e.g. dental, hairdresser, foot care)
- Arrange transportation services for residents (taxi, HandyDART, etc.)
- Support the Executive Director and leadership team with scheduling and administrative tasks
- Prepare newsletters, memos, and notices for residents and families
- Manage administrative supplies and place orders as needed
- Assist with finance-related tasks and communication regarding resident accounts/donations
- Oversee document archiving (Iron Mountain), filing, and digital uploads (e.g. PointClickCare)
- Monitor security camera feeds and support emergency response protocols
- Complete incident reports and contribute to site safety
- Help coordinate seasonal events and campaigns with the recreation team

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of Grade 12; post-secondary training in Office Administration preferred
- 3-5 years of recent experience in an administrative or front desk role
- Bilingual - **Fluency in French and English required** (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with electronic health record systems like PointClickCare is an asset
- Experience in long-term care or healthcare is preferred

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Expected Hours**: 37.5 hours per week
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday | On-site
