**JOB PROFILE**

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Education**
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in administrative support and/or accounting roles, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices, including basic knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounting software programs such as QuickBooks or Sage would be an asset.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Syspro ERP is a strong asset

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist with accounting tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions.
- Process purchase orders, expense reports, and vendor invoices, verifying information and following up on discrepancies as needed.
- Prepare and maintain financial documents and records, including filing and organizing paperwork, both electronically and physically.
- Assist with payroll processing (ADP Workforce would be an asset but not essential) and employee expense reimbursements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation as required.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, providing support to the finance team as needed.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the finance and administrative functions.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures related to data security and privacy.
- Support a positive and collaborative work environment by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and respect in all interactions with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
