We are looking for a casual Administrative Assistant to support various services at our Coquitlam clinic.

  • Location: BiM Coquitlam
  • Position: Administrative Assistant (Casual)
  • Schedule:
  • Saturdays 8:45am-3:45pm
  • Flexible availability to help cover onsite Coquitlam team sick/vacation needs and support clinic operations anywhere between 7:00am-7:30pm, Monday–Friday. Opportunities to also cover at any Back in Motion or Legacies Health Centre locations across the Lower Mainland where clinics are open 7 days per week.
  • Core Candidate Skills: We're seeking a reliable administrative team member for an independent Saturday shift at our Coquitlam location. This role requires strong communication, customer service, and independent work skills, with the ability to effectively use downtime to catch up and ensure all unfinished tasks from the week are fully resolved, setting the clinic up for a strong start to the following week. Preferred candidates will also have weekday availability and flexibility to provide coverage at Coquitlam and other clinic locations, including Nordel, Newton, Richmond, Vancouver, and surrounding areas.

Hourly rate starting at $18.75/hour.

The successful person will be responsible for reception, answering and directing calls, processing referrals, file set up and management, sending reports, supporting an interdisciplinary clinical team with in person and telehealth service delivery, and providing exceptional customer experience to both external and internal customers. The position may also support clinical accreditation procedures as well as the corporate Health & Safety program.
