**Responsibilities will include**:

- Organizing and setting up schedules for Project Manager
- Assisting Office Manager in preparing project estimates and invoices
- Answering phone calls, taking messages and calling clients back
- Corresponding with clients, vendors, and employees daily
- Sorting incoming and outgoing mails
- Printing, copying, scanning documents
- Assisting in keeping the office clean
- Additional administrative tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- Previous administrative experience
- Ability to lead and take ownership of a project/tasks
- Organized, detail-oriented and dependable
- Keen attitude; self-starter; independent and self-motivated
- Reliable
- Can work alone and with mínimal supervision

**Assets**:

- Quick learner
- Computer proficient (i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Marketing experience is a plus

**Job Type**:Part-Time 5 hours/day

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
