**Overview**

The Administration Team plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the company. As a member of the Administration Team, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, providing support to therapy team, and maintaining accurate records. The role provides customer service and administrative assistance to clients of rehabilitative therapists. You will work closely with the office manager and therapists to ensure that the company runs smoothly and effectively.

**Responsibilities**

Include, but are not limited to:

- Supporting the therapy team in the delivery of care
- Completing administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Assisting clients to set up treatment plans for various carriers; including ICBC,

WorkSafe BC, MSP, extended health insurance
- Liaising with case managers and insurance adjusters
- Executing payment billing and accepting payments
- Booking appointments
- General clinic maintenance
- Communicating with management to promote a positive and collaborative team

culture
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to plan, organise, and prioritise work
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Ability to analyse, problem-solve, and take initiative
- Knowledge of Janeapp is recommended but not required

**Experience and Education**
- Secondary School (preferred)
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service Experience: 1 year

This is a part time position with the possibility of being extended to full time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

Additional pay:
