**Position Summary**:
The Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and ensure we meet revenue goals. This role requires proven experience in team building and sales leadership within a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, motivate, and develop a sales team focused on refurbished laptops and desktops
- Responsible for hiring sales team
- Create and execute sales strategies to increase market share and customer base
- Set and monitor team sales targets, providing coaching and feedback to maximize performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for management
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth sales processes

**Qualifications**:

- **3-5 years of experience in sales management with a focus on team building**:

- Experience selling refurbished or technology products is a strong plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics
