What Would I be Doing?
- Ignite outbound growth by spearheading targeted cold calling, email campaigns, and prospecting initiatives—your drive will uncover new business opportunities and fuel our expansion.
- Take centre stage representing HeitechSoft at high-impact B2B networking events, industry conferences, and prominent business groups—your presence will amplify our brand and open doors to strategic partnerships.
- Forge and nurture lasting relationships with small and medium-sized businesses, becoming a trusted advisor and growth catalyst for our clients.
- Qualify high-potential leads, lead insightful discovery conversations, craft compelling value propositions, and collaborate on developing winning proposals that set HeitechSoft apart.
- Deepen your expertise in our suite of innovative services—AI advisory, automation, software development, and digital transformation—so you can confidently champion solutions that drive meaningful client outcomes.
- Keep your finger on the pulse by meticulously tracking sales activities, pipeline milestones, and KPIs within our CRM system, ensuring you and the team stay on target for success.
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging opportunities in AI, software, and IT services—your insights will shape our strategic direction.
- Collaborate closely with company leadership to refine and execute forward-thinking sales strategies, making your voice heard in shaping HeitechSoft's growth trajectory.
- Elevate our brand and digital presence by actively engaging in content creation and social media initiatives—become a thought leader and advocate for HeitechSoft's innovation story.
- Consistently surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets, celebrating your wins as you help drive HeitechSoft to new heights.
What are we looking for in our ideal candidate?
- A minimum of five years' experience in business development, B2B sales, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated success in both acquiring and managing small and medium-sized business clients.
- Proficiency in cold calling, prospecting, and direct sales techniques.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including effective presentation abilities.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with proven capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience utilizing financial metrics to inform and support strategic decision-making.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms; experience with Zoho CRM is advantageous.
- Strong competency with Microsoft Office Suite and modern productivity tools.
- Fundamental understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and their applications within business contexts.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools (such as ChatGPT and Gemini) to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity.
- Knowledge of web technologies, software development, and IT services is considered an asset.

Other Important Details
This is a full-time position permanent position offering a comprehensive compensation package including a competitive salary, health benefits, commission, performance bonus opportunities, and a professional development budget. There will be an initial ramp up of hours to a 37.5 hour work week. The salary range for the position is $$60,000-$120,000 commensurate with experience. To collaborate and support Heitech Software Solutions' culture, the majority of the work will be performed onsite however there is the opportunity to work remotely based on organizational, client and project needs.
