Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Ontario. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our growth by expanding our client base and promoting our Managed IT Services business to manufacturing and industrial companies within Ontario (various regions based on where our staff are located).

Your efforts will directly contribute to our growth and success in building the business and your own success with commissions and bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Cold contact via LinkedIn, Email, Phone and other sources to identify new leads.
  • Warm contact with existing Sabre non-IT customers to generate opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to attract new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients in the industrial sector.
  • Promote Sabre's Managed IT Services its benefits to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the IT or software industry.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software and its application in sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus but not mandatory.
  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
