We are currently hiring a
Business Development Manager
who can fuel our next phase of expansion. This role is for someone who thrives on the hunt—cold calling, building relationships, nurturing leads, and closing deals. You will represent HeitechSoft at networking events, industry meetups, and strategic partnerships, becoming the face and voice of our business in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound lead generation through targeted cold calls, email outreach, and prospecting campaigns.
  • Attend and represent HeitechSoft at B2B networking events, industry conferences, and business groups.
  • Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Qualify leads, run discovery conversations, craft value-rich pitches, and support proposal development.
  • Develop a strong understanding of HeitechSoft's service offerings, including AI advisory, automation, software development, and digital transformation.
  • Maintain organized tracking of all sales activities, pipeline progress, and KPIs within the CRM.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive developments, and emerging opportunities in AI, software, and IT services.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to refine and execute sales strategies.
  • Grow brand awareness and digital visibility, including participation in content and social media initiatives.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    5+ years
    of professional experience in business development, B2B sales, or a related role.
  • Proven success acquiring and managing SMB clients.
  • Strong cold-calling, prospecting, and door-to-door selling capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills—both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or relevant experience.
  • Experience using financial metrics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho CRM experience is an asset).
  • Competence with Microsoft Office and modern productivity tools.
  • Basic understanding of
    Generative AI
    ,
    Machine Learning
    , and their business applications.
  • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to accelerate workflows and improve productivity.
  • Understanding of web, software development, and IT services is beneficial.
