We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual for our Office Administrator position.
**Education & Experience**
Two to five years experience in office administration. Experience in accounting data entry is an asset. Experience with sales is an asset.
**Skillset**
Must possess excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment under deadlines.
Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a strong capacity for analytical reasoning.
Must possess strong time management and organizational skills, along with attention to detail and accuracy.
Adequate consciousness of safety issues.
Ability to handle transactions in line with established procedures and policies, and to give account of necessary modifications made.
Must demonstrate a high degree of personal initiative, integrity, diplomacy, discretion, and confidentiality.
**Responsibilities**
Accepting and processing payments, answering and transferring calls to appropriate departments, and customer follow-up calls.
Receive and register invoices, forms, records and other documents for data capture
Input data into computerized databases, spreadsheets or other templates using a keyboard, mouse, or optical scanner or other data entry tools
Import and/or export data between different kinds of software
Verify accuracy and completeness of data
Identify, label and organize electronic storage media
Maintain libraries of electronic storage media.
Assist in preparation of and updating policies and manuals.
Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates
Consult with clients after sale or signed contracts to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
Represent companies that export and import products or services to and from foreign countries
May conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
May support the activities of sales representatives.
