**Job Type**: Full-time
- 5 days Mon-Friday/40hrs/wk.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**First-Call Intake**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing customers.
- Conduct thorough intake interviews to gather necessary information and assess customer needs.
- Accurately document and process customer details, service requests, and related information.

**Customer Care**:

- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.

**Residential inside sales**:

- Promote promotions and sales incentives to the customer base

**Residential Customer Invoicing and Payments**:

- Manage customer accounts, including addressing billing inquiries and discrepancies.

**Booking HVAC Service**:

- Call intake for HVAC service appointments and coordinate with the Service Manager to ensure timely service.
- Confirm service dates and times with customers and provide reminders as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests and appointments

**Maintenance of Residential and Commercial Requests**:

- Manage and prioritize service requests for both residential and commercial clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with invoicing and payment processing is a plus.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and services is advantageous but not required.
