Receptionist/ Office Administrator

Job Title: Receptionist/AdministratorPosition
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Manage scheduling and appointments for team members
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Maintain and organize office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including room bookings and catering arrangements
- Uphold office policies and ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Set in a casual industrial setting, and offering Monday to Friday full time duties. relaxed atmosphere with lots of support staff and family run style of business
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
