The Learn2Bhangra Dance Academy Administrator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the academy. This role involves managing student enrollments, addressing client inquiries, generating leads, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the academy's administrative processes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Student Enrollment**:
- Process new student enrollments, including gathering necessary information and documentation.
- Maintain accurate student records and databases.
- Handle student inquiries and concerns related to enrollment, class schedules, and payments.
- **Client Relations**:
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Address client feedback and resolve issues effectively.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- **Lead Generation**:
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels, such as social media, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Follow up on leads to convert them into new enrollments.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Manage the academy's administrative processes, including scheduling, invoicing, and reporting.
- Assist with the organization of events and workshops.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- **Customer Service**:
- Provide excellent customer service to both existing and potential clients.
- Ensure that all clients feel valued and supported.
**Required Qualifications and Skills**:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using computer software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for Bhangra dance and a desire to contribute to the growth of the academy
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles
- Knowledge of Bhangra dance and the local community
