**What You will Do**:
As part of our Corporate Division, you’ll report to the Payroll Manager and contribute to the smooth operation of our payroll processes, employment record management, and other payroll-related functions. This role offers a hybrid work environment, allowing you to work both remotely and from our Burlington office.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Handle payroll for multiple divisions and provinces, process weekly payrolls, and ensure timely timesheet submissions.
- Maintain accurate employee records, set up new hires, and process changes in employee status, titles, and pay.
- Month-End and Year-End Duties: Assist with T-4 summaries, ROEs, and other payroll reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate of a post-secondary program in a related field or equivalent experience.
- PCP - Payroll Compliance Practitioner certification in good standing.

**Experience**:

- 2- 4 years of payroll processing experience.
- 2+ years in construction or project-based industries (preferred).

- Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
