- You use your analytical and problem-solving skills to develop digital solution with attention to detail and accuracy.

- You have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to priorities and complete tasks.
- You have proven technical experience with payroll and timekeeping systems, (KRONOS & ADP GlobalView, Workday or People Soft) and demonstrated in-depth knowledge of payroll and HR processes.
- You have experience with change management with a focus on creating timelines and to ensure their success, including training documents.
- You have a college or university degree in Business, HR and/or IT related disciplines.

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
- Timely, efficient and accurate payroll and benefits administration through exceptional data entry processes.
- Respond to co-worker and location inquiries concerning payroll, vacation, taxation and benefits.
- Facilitate successful resolution of co-worker inquiries by following established pay the co-worker guidelines and escalate complex issues when appropriate.
- Accountable for high quality of data input that supports accurate record keeping and analytics.
- Provide excellent customer service to our valued co-workers in supporting their needs.
- Support our units with training on our Pay the Co-worker processes and Time Keeping.
- Continually seek system and process efficiencies that support business objectives, cost savings and IKEA’s expansion plans.
- Continuously contribute to the improvement service delivery aiming for the highest and the most uniform standard.
