**Responsibilities**
- Payroll
- Benefits
- Customer Service

**A day in the life**
- Process full-cycle payroll for Union and Non - Union Employees
- Maintain and Update Online Timesheets
- Process adjustments, entries, termination, leaves, and union dues
- Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies, overages, and balance accounts
- Data Entry
- Onboarding new hires into payroll system and benefits
- The main point of contact for all employee-related Payroll and Benefits Questions
- Liaison with unions - as required
- Tracking Taxable Benefits
- Maintain Employee Files
- Prepare monthly WSIB remittances, payroll accruals, and associated payroll adjustment entries
- Process full year-end cycle including 3rd party reporting, T4's, T2200's etc
- Process employee settlements in accordance with provincial legislation
- provide Employee information to Service Canada, Union, Banks, Benefits as required

**Requirements**:

- 3 + years of Full Cycle Payroll
- 3 + years of Unionized Payroll
- 2 + Benefits Administration
- 2 + Customer Service
- 2+ Basic of Accounting Knowledge
