**What You Will Do**:
**This is a full-time dual role with two distinct responsibilities.**

**Bookkeeper**
- Responsible for maintenance of our Quickbooks online account
- Daily expense transaction matching from supplier invoices
- Regular reconciliations of various bank accounts.
- Foreign currency transaction management
- HST / QST remittances
- Payroll administration and tax remittances.

Although this may seem like many tasks, most of these processes are automated and in actuality should take up less than half the work day.

**Office Manager and General Administration**
- Responsible for employee scheduling and time tracking.
- Ensure adequate warehouse / office supplies.
- Brand liaison to maximize programs offered by our many partner brands.
- Order review and supplier refund follow-up requests.
- Overall responsibility for smooth office operations.
- Regular review projects as needed

Who You Are:

- Basic accounting knowledge as demonstrated by a related program certificate or minimum two years experience as a Bookkeeper
- Highly proficient in Excel including management of large data.
- Data Entry Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized and a team-player.

This is primarily an in-office job at our Toronto Office near Dufferin and Wilson. Consideration for occasional remote work will be considered after three months.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
