**Ruel Concrete Ltd. is seeking a qualified Office Administrator**
**for a full-time position in our Peace River, AB branch.**
**Daily/Routine Jobs**:
- Customer Service - assist customers and accept payments, including credit card processing
- Data entry and filing (paper and electronic)
- Scale Operation - filling in accurate haul cards, billing
- Invoicing
- Accounts Receivable
- Fuel statement reconciliation
- Progress Reports and/or Spreadsheets
- Telephone Etiquette - answering and routing
- Employee timesheet entries, review and assistance
- Assist Accounts Payable
- Assist Dispatcher - scanning information and obtaining field ticket approvals
- Admin Tasks as needed by other Staff/Management
- Book hotel rooms as needed
- Responsible for opening and closing yard gate and office daily
- Maintain stationary supplies/coffee supplies/other office supplies
- Set-up and assisting employees with timekeeping and paystub systems
- Have a good working knowledge of all materials, services and locations of products we deal with
**Qualifications/Experience**:
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and general office practices
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills
- Very strong computer skills required
- Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Knowledge of trucking or dispatch office procedures considered an asset
**Schedule**:
Monday - Friday & Minimum ½ day Saturdays as Hauls are scheduled.
Times: Approximately 7:00am to close. Flexibility will be compulsory, as you are required to open and tend to the scale until job completion. Weekend work during hauls will be required.
**Salary: TBD **based on experience and qualifications
**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
