**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Assist with human resources tasks, including onboarding and training development.
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
- Handle phone systems with professionalism, ensuring proper phone etiquette is maintained.
- Support various administrative functions as needed to facilitate office efficiency.
**Skills**
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for accounting tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and related administrative duties.
- Experience with phone systems and a solid understanding of phone etiquette.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- A friendly demeanor with the ability to represent the company positively at the front desk.
