**Tasks include but are not limited to**:
- Perform data entry and compile reports, statistics, and other business information.
- Assist with payroll processing and bookkeeping support.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and order office supplies as needed.
- Set up and maintain manual and digital filing systems, ensuring information is organized and accessible.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to various projects, adapting tasks based on business needs.
- Utilize cloud-based tools like Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs with confidence.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- A bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
- Post-secondary studies in business administration, accounting, or a related discipline are considered an asset, but not mandatory.
- Relevant certificates or coursework in bookkeeping, office administration, or financial software (e.g., QuickBooks) could also be valuable.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Independent worker who takes initiative to propose and execute improvements.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and a high level of attention to detail.
- Computer skills and proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Drive is essential
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
