**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative support.
- Manage payroll processes and maintain accurate employee records.
- Coordinate vendor management and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
- Assist in human resources functions including recruitment and training development.
- Provide front desk support, greeting visitors and handling inquiries professionally.
- Organize office files and documentation for easy access and compliance.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a non-profit or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and administrative procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Liaise between staff and the Executive board creating a collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and guests.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
Work Location: In person
