**Job Overview**:
The Hotel Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in the hotel's smooth operations.

The main duties will be to coordinate all functions between the departments and the Head Office.

**The duties**:
Answering directly to the General Manager

Balance daily audits

Deposit cash

Coordinate payroll between all departments and the Head Office

Coordinate benefits between all departments and the Head Office

Coordinate accounts payable between the managers, the General Manager and the Head Office

Coordinate accounts receivable between the managers, the General Manager and the Head Office

Coordinate Health and Safety requirements and training with all departments

Coordinate staff housing.

Coordinate LMIA between staff and the immigration agency.

Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:
Basic Knowledge of accounting principles

Knowledge of the front desk operations

Knowledge of the Food & Beverage operations

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
