Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help drive our growth strategy. Reporting to the Marketing Leader for RWDI Ventures, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, operations, science, and software development to align marketing efforts with product development and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Lead GenerationDevelop and execute lead-generation strategies, including email marketing, content marketing, webinars, and paid media campaigns, to drive high-quality leads for our sales team.
Product MarketingAssist in developing product positioning, messaging, and collateral that differentiates our solutions in the market. Collaborate with the product team to ensure consistent and compelling product launches.
Multi-Channel MarketingCoordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, events) to increase brand visibility and engagement. Track and analyze the performance of these campaigns to optimize results.
Content CreationDevelop and manage content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, infographics, and videos, aligning with our brand voice and mission.
Event CoordinationSupport the planning and execution of online and in-person events, including webinars, trade shows, and industry conferences.
Marketing AnalyticsMonitor, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, campaign performance) to inform data-driven decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Qualifications- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience in lead generation, product marketing, and multi-channel marketing (digital and traditional).
- Passion for climate action and sustainability; familiarity with the real estate and/or the built environment are a plus.
- Experience working in a startup environment is an asset.
- Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
