**Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled **Marketing Coordinator** to join our dynamic team and help drive our growth strategy. Reporting to the Marketing Leader for RWDI Ventures, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, operations, science, and software development to align marketing efforts with product development and business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Lead Generation**
- ** Product Marketing**
Assist in developing product positioning, messaging, and collateral that differentiates our solutions in the market. Collaborate with the product team to ensure consistent and compelling product launches.
- ** Multi-Channel Marketing**
Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, events) to increase brand visibility and engagement. Track and analyze the performance of these campaigns to optimize results.
- ** Content Creation**
Develop and manage content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, infographics, and videos, aligning with our brand voice and mission.
- ** Event Coordination**
Support the planning and execution of online and in-person events, including webinars, trade shows, and industry conferences.
- ** Marketing Analytics**
Monitor, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, campaign performance) to inform data-driven decision-making and strategy adjustments.

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience in lead generation, product marketing, and multi-channel marketing (digital and traditional).
- Passion for climate action and sustainability; familiarity with the real estate and/or the built environment are a plus.
- Experience working in a startup environment is an asset.
- Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Positive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
