About the Role:
The Senior Business Development Manager position is a critical role within Newell Brands, responsible for driving consumption and sales growth targets for our company and Amazon. This individual will work closely with Sales Planning and Marketing functions to develop sustainable growth strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize market share, sales, and profits through price optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a collaborative growth agenda between Newell Brands and Amazon
- Buid customer relationships at multiple levels and facilitate connectivity in other functional areas
- Deliver results while maintaining the highest level of integrity
Requirements:
- Bachelors/University degree in Business or similar field, MBA a plus
- Minimum 6+ years of direct and hands-on experience in sales and/or channel marketing
- Selling experience within consumer products, preferably across multiple brands
What You'll Bring:
- History of setting and delivering a growth agenda
- Experience developing and managing trade budgets
- Willingsness to travel up to 15%
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
