Senior Wireless Project Manager

About the RoleThis is a full-time hybrid position that requires working from the office three days a week. You'll have the flexibility to choose which days work best for you.
We're seeking an experienced Senior Wireless Project Manager to lead wireless Real Estate projects that support network implementation deployments. Reporting to the Manager of Real Estate and Municipal Affairs, your primary focus will be on successfully managing the acquisition and execution of various network and business initiatives on the Rogers Access Network.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and monitoring the progress of multiple large-scale Real Estate Acquisition projects
- Planning and facilitating cross-functional team meetings to ensure project deliverables and critical dates are met
- Assigning and managing internal/external Site Acquisition Specialists, Municipal Specialists, and required Consultants/Contractors
- Driving projects through design, site acquisition, lease, development stages to enable network implementation
- Reviewing legal contracts and agreements to ensure accuracy and alignment with Rogers' standards
- Supporting the development of Business Cases, Commitment Authorizations, and Business Requirements for Senior Leadership approval
You'll be accountable for New Site portfolio management, bringing sites to a Ready to Build status, tracking and managing milestone dates, developing action plans to clear issues, and generating reports for Stakeholder/Management review.
What We OfferRogers Communications offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits, including:
